Leakage Rectification Works
Bathroom Ceiling
We first identified the area of leakage by cutting open an access point in the ceiling.
After the area of leakage was identified, we proposed to carry out PU Pressure Grouting to the affected area.
Drilled holes at 45 degree angles to receive packer rods before injecting expanding foam.
Reinstated ceiling to original condition.
